Applying online still matters. But a short, specific note to the hiring manager can sometimes get your application a real look. The guides here cover the unglamorous parts: figuring out who to write to, keeping the email short, following up on a sane schedule, and explaining a career change without stretching the truth.

What we promise (and don't)

No guaranteed outcomes. Nothing here guarantees replies, interviews, or offers. Results vary.
No invented numbers. We don't publish made-up reply rates or search stats. When we give a number (like a word count), it's a guideline, not data.
Fictional examples. Every sample email and person on this site is made up for illustration.
No spam tactics. We don't teach scraping, bulk blasting, or guessing emails at scale.
Not career counseling. This is general writing guidance. For personal advice, talk to a qualified career coach or counselor.

How we make money

We sell one product: the Hiring Manager Cold Email Kit, a set of AI prompts and checklists for writing this kind of outreach. It's $17 on Gumroad. The guides are free and stand on their own; you don't need the kit to use them. If we ever add affiliate links, we'll label them.

We use AI too

We draft with AI tools and edit by hand, the same workflow the kit teaches. We check that advice is practical and honest before it goes up. If you spot something wrong, outdated, or unhelpful, we'd like to fix it.
